Abstract: Evan Nisselson is a venture capitalist at LDV Capital. He focuses on investing in Visual Technologies across all business sectors which leverages his deep domain expertise. Prior to investing, he was an entrepreneur working with great teams across 4 business over 18 years in Silicon Valley, NYC and Europe. He had successes and failures. Entrepreneurial life is extremely rewarding, challenging and often feels like riding a roller-coaster every day. He says “I love the entrepreneurial life, spirit and community. I thrive on helping others build valuable businesses and reach their goals!” He will share his insights on business opportunities in Visual Technologies and Computer Vision Startups. Additionally, he will share stories about his challenges building businesses, finding people to join very early stage companies and raising capital. Hopefully this session can be very interactive with anyone asking questions throughout the presentation.
