Cyberinfrastructure for Human-Robot Interaction Research

We seek to provide the field of Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) with collaborative mechanisms and methods for evaluation and exploratory analysis. To this end, we will develop and deploy a cyberinfrastructure that will support evaluation documentation, data collection, data sharing, and cross-study comparisons.

The cyberinfrastructure will be an integration of:

  • High dimensional data analysis and visualization tools,
  • Off-the-shelf collaboration tools for documenting metrics, and
  • A scalable data repository that can receive input from an existing simulation tool
